ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Director Technology will lead technology strategy and execution under the CIO’s guidance, focusing on innovation and scalability for fintech and product-based environments. This role will drive digital transformation, automation, and advanced analytics while ensuring robust architecture for enterprise-grade products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technology Strategy & Execution:
Implement technology roadmap aligned with CIO’s vision and business objectives.
Drive adoption of RPA, AI, and data-driven solutions tailored for fintech and product platforms.
Product Development & Architecture:
Oversee design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET and Microsoft technologies.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and security standards.
Data & Analytics:
Lead implementation of Power BI dashboards and advanced analytics for real-time insights.
Establish strong data governance frameworks for sensitive financial data.
Innovation & Emerging Tech:
Explore AI/ML models for fraud detection, credit scoring, and predictive analytics.
Integrate automation (RPA) for operational efficiency in financial workflows.
Team Leadership:
Build and mentor high-performing technology teams with product engineering expertise.
Foster a culture of innovation and agile delivery.
Vendor & Budget Management:
Manage technology budgets and strategic vendor partnerships effectively.

SKILLS:
Fintech and Product Development Experience
Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

SQL Server and database management
Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Office 365, Dynamics)
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills
EXPERIENCE:
15+ years of technology leadership experience, with at least 5 years in senior management roles in fintech or product-based companies.
Proven track record in digital transformation and enterprise technology management.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals, ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole Numbers, common fractions and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and Percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in Situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of Instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
