JOB TITLE: Sr. Analyst - Business Transformation

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3 – 5 Years

REPORTS TO: Senior Manager – Business Transformation

LOCATION: Gurugram

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To identify and deliver service improvement activity across the business through employing process improvement/Business Transformation methodologies and the application of innovative thinking.
To work with key business stakeholders, and multiple business process, to build a continuous improvement environment to support an ongoing initiative of change.
To lead and facilitate Transformation/Process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions.
To support the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working.
To identify trends and process variations as part of establishing a continuous improvement monitoring system.
To assist in the development and implementation of a best-in-class Business Transformation Strategy.
To take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery via internal governance and controls.
To elicit requirements and drive process change using user request assessment, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, business analysis and workflow analysis.
To work with other team members and business services departments to devise new support material based on the revised processes, to include training, reporting and systems enhancements.
Collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following items as needed: Solution design, Business.
Requirements Document, Use Cases, User Journeys, and Acceptance Criteria.
To ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported and managed at all times.
To complete post implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery has been achieved and to ensure that improvements can be made for future projects.
To conduct VSM and identify waste from the process and suggest solutions.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a .NET Developer or Application Developer. Should have experience in .net core.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and/or equivalent work experience.
At least 3 years acting in a lead role in a comparable organization.
At least 10 years of relevant hands-on work experience building, integrating and delivering enterprise-wide web and windows applications using Microsoft and other technologies for large organizations on complex projects.
7+ years of experience in .NET/.NET Core (ASP.NET, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, Razor, LINQ, etc.).
Experience in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JScript, JavaScript frameworks (Angular/React/Vue).
Strong experience in MS SQL design/implementation/optimization, T-SQL, etc.
Experience in design patterns like MVVM, MVC/MVP, Singleton, Observable, Decorator, Factory, Command, and Composite.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree (IT – Software/Data or other related disciplines) from 3-4-year college or university.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals, ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole Numbers, common fractions and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and Percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in Situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of Instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
Candidates with quality related certification/licenses will be preferred.
