1990

Began as Hogan Information Systems

Blake Hogan, Sr. and the founding management team placed proprietary software and computers in courthouses to collect public record information, and grew the company to become the leading supplier of courthouse information and services in the U.S.

 

1995

Built Direct Connection to Bankruptcy Courts

Developed a direct connection to the bankruptcy courts and created the industry's first comprehensive bankruptcy database.

 

2000

Founded American InfoSource

Designed industry-best, third generation bankruptcy database, developed our proprietary SmartMatch technology, and were selected as the exclusive bankruptcy data supplier to Visa and Mastercard.

 

2007

Entered the Bankruptcy Servicer Market

Built a Proof of Claim filing engine and claims management platform, earning our first outsourcing partnerships with major credit card issuers.

 

2010

Became the Largest Filer of Proofs of Claim

Expanded to serve 6 of the top 10 credit card issuers plus leading telecom and healthcare organizations, becoming the largest filer of Proofs of Claim in the U.S. bankruptcy court system.

 

2012

Acquired ACG, Opened First India-Based Site

Acquired Ascension Capital Group and opened our first facility in India, gaining key client relationships in auto finance and mortgage while giving our partners a new sourcing option for back-office support.

 

2017

Launched Commercial Banking & BPO Services

Expanded beyond bankruptcy into a scalable BPO delivery model supporting bank operations, treasury, loan operations, finance, accounting, and enterprise risk management.

 

2019

Opened Tech Hub in Gurugram

Opened a new technology and development center in one of India's premier tech talent markets, expanding our engineering capacity and accelerating new product and automation initiatives.

 

2023

Diversified Into Professional Services

Moved into new markets like distribution, oil & gas, and aviation, delivering automation, custom technology development, and finance and accounting outsourcing.

 

2026
