Grow with AIS

Learning and Development at AIS is designed to support employees at different points in their careers, with opportunities aligned to their roles and experience. Through the AIS Learning Academy, employees can follow structured learning paths built around three stages of leadership growth: Foundations & Emerging Leaders, Leading Others and Leading the Business.

Team members can be nominated for learning opportunities or raise their own hand to participate, giving employees an active role in their development. Additional role-based training helps our teams continue building the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

Recognizing the Work that Moves Us Forward

Great work deserves to be recognized. Throughout the year, AIS celebrates employees whose performance, impact and commitment reflect our CORE Values and make a difference for our clients and teams.

Our Reward & Recognition programs lead up to our annual celebration, where we recognize employees and teams for their contributions. We also celebrate the milestones along the way. Many AIS team members have built careers here spanning 15 and even 20+ years.
