Sr. Litigation Analyst

REPORTS TO: Director
LOCATION: Vadodara
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure schedule adherence for self and team.
Being proactive in taking up new challenges & increasing scope for self-exposure.
Constant communication with the clients through calls & mail. 
Good networking skills across the organization to get things done.
Ability to interact with confidence (with cross functional teams).  
Ability to create a challenging, fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 
Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure. 
Should be able to Manage Change. Should be detailed oriented, problem solver and deadline driven.
Understand and adhere to all Company policies, including but not limited to security, trade secrets and confidentiality of all information. 
Any other duties assigned by the manager.

Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write emails, speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups and clients.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals quickly and correctly.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
