OVERVIEW

AIS is seeking to hire a Product Manager – AI to lead the evolution of AI-driven products and solutions for regulated financial services workflows. This role bridges business and technology, working closely with engineering, data, QA, and business stakeholders to define, build, and scale AI-powered products. The position is ideal for a hands-on product professional who enjoys both strategic problem-solving and delivery ownership while driving agile product development and innovation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Partner with business, operations, and technology teams to identify high-impact product opportunities
  • Define product vision, roadmaps, success metrics, and prioritize initiatives based on value and ROI
  • Manage product backlogs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and agile ceremonies
  • Lead AI-driven initiatives including document intelligence, workflow automation, and decision-support systems
  • Collaborate with engineering, AI, and QA teams to ensure successful product delivery and quality outcomes
  • Track project progress, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and remove blockers
  • Communicate product strategy, priorities, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
  • Support experimentation, pilot programs, and scalable AI solution deployment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 7 years of Product Management experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience delivering AI or LLM-powered products
  • Experience managing agile product development environments
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and product delivery
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Experience in FinTech, Banking, Mortgage, Payments, or other regulated industries preferred
  • Understanding of SQL, Vector Databases, and AI/ML concepts is advantageous
