JOB TITLE: Business Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team at AIS Business Solutions in Gurugram, Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to understand business objectives, analyse processes, and translate requirements into actionable solutions. The role requires proficiency in BRDs (Business Requirements Documents), FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents), SRS, DFD, technical documents post connecting with tech team, utilizing tools such as Jira, and strong communication skills to facilitate effective stakeholder management.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
Create and maintain detailed BRDs, FRDs, PDD, SRS, DFD, Tech document to capture business needs and functional specifications. 
Must have good experience with Visio tool or any other flow creation tool.
Utilize Jira and other tools to track project progress, manage tasks, and facilitate collaboration. 
Develop clear and concise documentation, including flow charts, process maps, and requirement models.
Conduct thorough requirement gathering sessions to ensure all stakeholders’ perspectives are considered. 
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. 
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. 
Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. 
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. 
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. 
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. 
Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency. 
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. 
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. 
Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
Managing competing resources and priorities. 
Analyze existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather feedback and align on project objectives.
Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements. 
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field. 
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the IT or consulting industry. 
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Proficiency in creating and managing BRDs, FRDs, PDD, SRS, DFD, Tech document and other project documentation. 
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience using tools like Jira for project management.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. 
Experience in process mapping, requirement modelling, and stakeholder management. 
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
EDUCATION:

Any Bachelor’s/Master’s degree

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance Instructions, and procedure manuals, ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole Numbers, common fractions and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and Percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in Situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ability to interpret a variety of Instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
Candidates with quality related certification/licenses will be preferred.
