JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Access website, review legal documentation
—
Review and verify receipt of payments
—
Negotiate with US trustees and attorneys
—
Liaison with US counterparts
—
Update system with accurate information
—
Evaluate, determine and document appropriately
—
Identifying deficient areas and action plan for the same
—
Achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets on Individual and Team level
—
Achieve 100% compliance with the laws and regulations
—
Lead continuous process improvement initiatives
—
Provide “On the Job” training to new associates
—
Any other duties assigned by manager
—
Candidates should be enthusiastic and ready to work in pressure
—
The role includes more than just typing and the candidate is expected to carry out other administrative duties too.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.

Graduate from any stream with good alphanumeric typing speed

Strong oral & written communications skills with problem solving ability

Knowledge of financial services and secured mortgage is an added advantage

Ready to work night shifts and on Indian holidays. Separate allowance will be provided for night shifts
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s/ Master degree in any discipline
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
Instructions, and procedure manuals, ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole
Numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and
Percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in Situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of Instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
Candidates with quality related certification/licenses will be preferred.
