JOB TITLE: IT Project Delivery Manager

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 15+ Years

REPORTS TO: Director 

LOCATION: Vadodara
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling multiple simultaneous projects for current and potential AIS clients, end-to-end.

High level of expertise in all Data and Unsecured products and services.

Highly effective communications with clients and staff.

100% success rate on the file delivery to all the customers.

Ensure all SLAs with regards to the products and services delivery are met.
Inspiring repeat business from clients.
Implement staffing and business plans to achieve business targets. Develop & grow the employees and enable them to meet their key performance indicators.
Conducting customer service workshops and presentations. Lead the monthly business reviews with the clients.
Monitoring and measuring client satisfaction.
Liaising with different departments about client queries.
Offering advice to clients on services and products.
Developing surveys and capturing client information.
Participating in marketing campaigns.
Dealing with client requests and troubleshooting problems.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has supervisory responsibilities.

Required Hindi Ability Level Business Fluent
QUALIFICATIONS:
5+ years of experience in a manager role, interacting with clients in FinTech or other related industries.

candidate should have experience handling projects including SDLC, Product Enhancement and Data Analytics.

EDUCATION:

Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write emails, speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups and clients.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals quickly and correctly.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
