JOB TITLE: Sales Administrator

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1
REPORTS TO: EVP, Sales and Client Experience
LOCATION: Irving, TX
The Sales Administrator will primarily be responsible for providing clerical and organizational support to our sales team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities and assist in achieving sales targets.
In this role, the Sales Administrator will be the point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries.  This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask.  The person in this position must have a background with banks, financial institutions, mortgage, and auto servicing institutions.
This position will follow a hybrid work structure and will allow the employee to work remotely or from the office, as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries.
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Develop monthly sales reports.
Create and maintain sales data and records withing CRM platform.
Manage and execute email outreach campaigns to sales targets, tracking engagement and responses to optimize sales strategies.
Support the building and updating of sales materials including presentations and pricing proposals.
Organize and manage sales documents on SharePoint, ensuring easy access and systematic storage for the sales team.
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
Become expert on company products and services, staying up to date on new offerings and features.
Ability to work closely with operations, IT and client onboarding to ensure client expectations are met.
Scheduling of client meetings, lunches, travel accommodations, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in banking, financial institutions, mortgage, and/or auto servicing.
Knowledgeable in customer service best practices.
Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or Sales Support.
Understanding of sales performance metrics.
Strong numerical and financial skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Experience in Hubspot CRM platform is preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Be a team player.
Strong verbal, written, communication and presentation skills; strong critical thinking and reasoning.
Background and credit check required.
SALARY RANGE:
Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualification, and other job-related reasons.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, detailed correspondence, memos, and emails. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to clients and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to choose the right mathematical methods or formulas to solve a problem. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals quickly and correctly.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION:
Candidates with quality related certification/licenses will be preferred.
